Register for this discussion-based book club on the inclusive leader model

Faculty and staff are invited to attend a three-part book club discussion based on The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders: Unleashing the Power of All of Us by Andrés T. Tapia & Alina Polonskaia. The inclusive leader model found within this book provides key guidelines, specific traits, and core competencies that prompt organizations to create systems and structures that embody diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Facilitated by Howard dePass Jr., director of Organizational Leadership & Learning for Inclusive Excellence at Trinity, please join us for lunch in the Collaborative for Teaching & Learning to unpack core leadership competencies and identify how the inclusive leader model aligns with campus interests and priorities.
