During the initial Workday implementation (HCM/FIN), a knowledge base was established to provide faculty and staff with quick reference guides and help articles.

After 1-year of going live, a DX sustainment team initiated a project to enhance the support resources and knowledge base available to faculty and staff. This resulted in a Help and ticketing tool housed in Workday.
